*Never use a comma in the description field in Retail Edge

*Make sure that Retail Edge Barcodes are setup the same in IKEY

Most devices will allow user to program scan options the ones that can’t

We can program the barcodes to read the same

*IKEY lookup fields are Inventory SKU, Alt ID, UPC 1, UPC 2 and Inventory

*IKEY will not display which one if you have the same code in the system twice,

the program will search lookup fields in this order 1.Inventory SKU 2.UPC 1

3.UPC 2 4.Inventory ID

*Always make sure that you make exceptions in your Firewall and Anti-Virus
